My name is Kelley Germain and I've been completing Long-Term Medicaid applications for the past 16 years having started at the Connecticut Department of Social Services in the Long-Term Services & Support Unit in 2007. Before working for DSS, I was an Elder Law Paralegal with an Elder Law Firm in Waterbury, CT for eight years with expertise in Trusts and Estates. After leaving DSS, I have traveled through the state meeting with residents and facilities in need of Skilled Nursing and Homecare. My passion is to support family and friends through a difficult application process. With my background and knowledge of the Medicaid puzzle, I am able to complete, submit, and get approval for your loved one's application.
